Delivery & Returns Information


For the items held in our warehouse (Bali, Coco, Latte, Tslin) we use our own delivery team. This delivery team will give you a call the working day before your delivery to give you a rough idea of what time your drop will be.

On the day of delivery they will call you when they are approximately an hour away. They will deliver your furniture to your driveway or garden if there is easy access.

We do not offer an assembly service for the rattan, so it is up to you to unbox and assemble it yourself.

Delivery Schedule for 2023:

Mondays – North Wales/Chester  
Tuesdays – Fleetwood/Southport/Manchester
Wednesdays – Derby/Nottingham/Sheffield
Thursdays – Durham/Newcastle
Fridays – North Wales/Chester

Outside these of these areas we use a third party palletised courier. This courier operates Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 6:00pm. It is an all-day slot but we do ask that they call you an hour in advance. This courier offers a kerbside/driveway drop only and are unable to unpack the furniture and take it into your garden. You will need to unbox and dispose of the rubbish yourself.

Please make sure that you supply a working telephone number when placing your order.

Smaller items if purchased seperately (cushions etc) will be sent out using DPD. 

Our Returns Policy

Our Return’s Policy lasts for thirty (30) days. If thirty (30) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging where possible. 

Please contact us as soon as possible to organise collection if you wish to proceed with a return. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or give us a call.
