How long will it take my order to be delivered?
We aim to deliver all our orders within 5-7 working days (excluding weekends). We will contact you 24 hours prior to your delivery.
We currently only deliver bladed tools and plants locally to the following postcodes:
LL18 5TU, LL28 5TH, LL16 17 18 19 22 28 29 30 31 32 33 34
If you order plants and/or tools outside of these areas, then unfortunately we are not currently able to deliver to you and will contact you in regards to processing a refund.
How will my delivery arrive?
Depending on the delivery postcode you will be presented with various delivery methods:
Local bulk deliveries are made using our own Garden World vans.
For further afield bulk deliveries we will use courier services.
Smaller items will be sent out using DPD.
Can I have items delivered to a different address?
Yes, of course. Items may be delivered to a different address to that of the billing address. You have the option to specify this at the checkout stage.
Can I have my items delivered to a Safe Place?
Yes, of course. Special Instructions can be added when placing your order and you can specify a "safe place" on local or DPD deliveries.
I have ordered something by mistake, or no longer want it. Can I cancel?
You may cancel your order for a full refund any time prior to its dispatch. After this time please refer to our Returns Policy.
Our Return’s Policy lasts for thirty (30) days. If thirst (30) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as plants and plug plants cannot be returned. However certain plants are covered by our Garden World Guarantee and as such are treated independently of this policy – if you are unsure of if this applies to your purchase, feel free to give us a call or pop us an email.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as this takes the issue out of our hands.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and we have had a look at it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-7days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by the phone or email and we will do our best to help you.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or give us a call.
